Graduate Program 2025

About This Role

An 18-month structured rotational program for recent science and engineering graduates. Rotations across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 4 rotations (4.5 months each) across core functions
• Execute defined projects with measurable outcomes
• Receive mentorship from senior leadership
• Participate in technical and leadership training
• Present capstone project to executive team
• Potential for full-time placement upon completion

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Sciences (2024/2025 grad)
• Strong academic record (GPA 3.5+/4.0 or equivalent)
• Passion for pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• UAE residency or willingness to relocate
• English fluency (Arabic a plus)
