Production Supervisor (OSD)

About This Role

Supervise high-speed capsule manufacturing operations. Ensure GMP compliance, meet production targets, lead shift teams, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise capsule production shifts (blending, filling, packaging)
• Ensure batch record compliance and data integrity
• Monitor OEE, yield, and quality metrics
• Lead line clearance, changeover, and troubleshooting
• Train and develop production operators
• Participate in tech transfer and validation activities
• Drive 5S, Lean, and safety initiatives

Requirements

• BSc in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related
• 5+ years OSD manufacturing (capsules/tablets preferred)
• 3+ years supervisory experience in GMP environment
• Deep knowledge of capsule filling, blending, packaging
• Experience with high-speed equipment (Bosch, IMA, etc.)
• Shift leadership and team management skills
